apache2-utils software package provides Apache HTTP Server (utility programs for web servers), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install apache2-utils
apache2-utils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the apache2-utils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep apache2-utils *
